Anyone use them?

I have been taking their Pilus and Nails, Women's vit, and EFA essential for nearly ii months. My pilus has taken off, this could exist for reasons other than the vitamins though.

Anyone???

I accept been eyeing the TJ vitamins and supplements for a while. I did wonder if they were effective. They are really reasonably priced. What other things practice you think have attributed to your growth?

I have the b-50, and the Multi vit for women pare =, hair and nails. and I beloved them. I find i take much more energy and my pilus has thicken upwardly.

Well to be honest - I tin't think of much else. I accept been pinning my pilus up a lot to keep information technology off my shoulders and maybe I am at the growing stage. Other than that, I must requite it up to the vitamins. Prior to these I was taking GNC hair vits.
I also have more free energy and my waistline has decreased...

I wouldn't be surprised if information technology was TJ's vitamins. I've been taking their EFAs since November, and I noticed a difference in my skin and hair within 1 calendar month.

Trader Joes has a website, but they dont offer online shopping or any detailed info. As far as I know, you have to visit a store for products.

I'thou bumping this because I feel like my MSM from TJ's doesn't compare to GNC'south hair skin and nails pills. Anyone who'south tried lots of MSM brands know why this could be?

I similar TJ's prices, merely I'm not sold. I want to try their ALA, though.

I keep looking at their Vit's but i noticed my Vitamin earth brand has more than 'blindside' per dose. I take the Multi's and NB biotin.

I accept the Multi it is really good, the just describe dorsum is that you accept to take two pills and they are a trivial on the large side. Non huge but large. But they are good and I do get energy from them. The bottle is big and has a iii month supply for under $10 you tin't really beat out that.

I think all of their vitamins are less than $5. Be conscientious.

EDIT:
I think the bottles of REGULAR sized vitamins - about 100 tablets - are $5. They practise have the larger vats which offer an even greater value.

I wish Orlando had a trader joe'due south...better yey they should accept onlinie shopping.

Amazon has a few of trader joe's stuff, but not the vitamins.

Any updates?
I currently take TJ's EFA, Spirulina, Probiotic, enzymes. I've taken the hair vitamin, but not long enuf to notice results. My upkeep is basically non-existent. I tin't afford the expensive stuff anymore. So, I may have to stick to TJ'southward hair vitamin and add MSM to information technology.

I take the Very greenish supplement. Calcium and B circuitous. I gained ane inch in two months. Nothing to brag for but its making me super happy.!

I am looking for a new multivit and would dear to give these a try unfortunately in that location is no TJ'southward in my area. I will bank check whole foods to come across what they have to offer instead.
